Cancellation & Refunds

This policy explains how trials, subscription renewals, cancellations and refund requests are handled.

1. Trials

The availability and duration of a trial are displayed during registration. Trial access may be limited by messages, features or time.

2. Paid subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel through the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

3. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, partial months, annual plans or account inactivity.

We may consider refund requests involving duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors or a material failure to provide the paid service. Requests should be sent promptly to support@sohobyte.co.uk.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where you purchase primarily for business purposes, consumer cancellation rights may not apply in the same way.

5. Enterprise

Enterprise fees, deposits, milestones, cancellation and refunds are governed by the relevant proposal, statement of work or Enterprise agreement.
